TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

This warranty provides for free labour and parts replacement for faults due to manufacturing and material defects, which occur during the 12 month warranty period from date of purchase.

1)      Service to this warranty must be carried out at our premises or at premises nominated by Able Innovators.   ( THIS MEANS RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY)  It is at the discretion of Able Innovators and the distributor/customer If this repair can be done on the customers premises. If this is the case Able Innovators and the distrubuter/ Customer will  share cost of delivery and/or travel to and from the nominated point of service 50/50. Proof of purchase must be presented when claiming warranty.

2)     This warranty does not cover any product that in the opinion of Able Innovators has been misused, neglected, tampered with or serviced by any persons not authorized by Able Innovators, or used under other than normal conditions.

3)      Batteries of any type are not covered under this warranty policy. 

4)      Able Innovators will guarantee availability of all replacement parts for the life of the product while in production and for a period of 3-5 yrs after last production date of that revision.
